⚠️ IMPORTANT: SERVER REVAMP HAPPENING NEXT WEEK! ⚠️
Over the last couple of months, we have been experimenting with making the telegram group as safe as possible with new moderation tools like Miss Rose and AweseomeQA. Despite the streamlining these bots have given to our moderation, user scams and bans have only been getting more and more dangerous and bot-resistant as well. Some examples include:
- Admin impersonation with further user harassment in DMs, such as multiple calls or requests to connect to phishing sites.
- Fake customer support sharing fake ParaSwap and support sites and phishing links.
- Spammers compromise the chat experience of anyone sending a message.
For these reasons, starting next week, ParaSwap’s telegram will become an announcement and information channel, making it easier to navigate to sections like our help center and discord. Make sure to join both of these, as both Discord and Intercom will be the official communication platforms going forward.
Be careful of any other telegram chats that might show, and stay safe!
